High Tech Meets High Fashion: Marc Jacobs Live Streams Fashion Week

Ooyala recently partnered with BProductions to live-stream Marc Jacobs runway shows during New York Fashion Week. We combined live video, high fashion and social buzz to highlight the power and intimacy of a runway event. The stunning videos were prominently featured on Facebook and Twitter, connecting the fashion brand with viewers from all over the world. 

The videos are still available on demand. The energy of Marc Jacobs comes through with full screen, broadcast-quality video. Social commentary appears on the right margin, and picture-in-picture in the lower left shows off close ups of shoes, hats, bags and other accessories. 
 
The results are as impressive as the collection. Each show generated over 10,000 plays. This is a great example of how fashion and live-streaming work together to deliver a high impact branded experience.
